motorcycle diaries

I found this photo on the road in a semi-industrial area of Gosford, NSW. It looks like it had probably been run over by its fair share of cars and trucks. The scratches lend the image (of a man holding a baby) a quiet sense of despair. Just below the middle, left hand side of the image is what appears to be a motorcycle rear view mirror which sits there, mid frame like a floating crystal ball.
